Confidentiality Agreement

By submitting this agreement, I am requesting additional information regarding the opportunity to make private investments into the business entity of POSTEL MAPS, INC. I acknowledge and understand this and ALL other information regarding this investment opportunity is STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL & NOT TO BE SHARED WITH ANYONE except my own personal attorney, CPA or any other valid sources to verify the validity of the offer itself.

I also acknowledge that my acceptance as a POSTEL MAPS personal investor may be subject to an application process, and/or a personal meeting with the POSTEL MAPS, INC. President (or other officer) and that requirements for Investor Associates have been established relating to the best of professional character and conduct. To that end, I affirm that I have never been convicted of, or am awaiting trial on, any felony criminal charge at the local, state or federal level.

Further, I agree to hold in confidence any and all proprietary information I receive about POSTEL MAPS, INC. which include, but is not limited to: interest rates paid, advertising rates, commission structure, listing procedures, corporate structure, financing agreements, communication procedures and any information which might be deemed as privileged.

In the event I choose not to make application to become a POSTEL MAPS INVESTOR, or if my application is not approved or accepted for any reason; I agree that I will not use any of the information I have received to start a commercial enterprise either on my own or with any affiliates whatsoever, without penalty imposed in the amount of $125,000 USA dollars or which is allowed by law which directly or indirectly involves the operation of a similar map, atlas and/or GPS business for a period of one year from the date of this document.

Finally, I understand that POSTEL MAPS, Inc. is adamant in regards to submitting a minimum of 3 business and 3 personal references to me in support of my decision to become a private investor in the business operations of Postel Maps & Atlas, Inc. Upon request, these references will be supplied to me without further a due.
